I recently had seven new windows installed in my three-season porch by Kubala Home Improvement. I was very impressed with the entire process, from the initial consultation to the final installation. The team at Home Improvement was on time, worked quickly, and was very respectful of my property. They also answered all of my questions and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work before they left.
During the initial consultation, choosing what windows and feature set we wanted was a breeze and did not take very long. At no point did we feel rushed, or upsold to a product that we didn’t need. Our representative was polite, respectful, and very helpful with guiding us through what products they offer as well as what to expect during the install process.
On our install date, Todd and Brian arrived first thing in the morning ready to get started. After exchanging pleasantries, confirming the work to be done, and showing them the room, I left them to it. They worked quickly and without issue, having the old windows out in a matter of minutes. Their truck is a mobile workshop, so they needed nothing from me and had all of the tools and materials that they needed without having to stop working to go buy more. I mention this because I have had work done with other contractors before and this preparedness uncommon in my experience; it is a major plus and a testament to their expertise and smooths the install process for the home owner.
Every member of the Kubala team were respectful of us and our home the entire time; at no point did I hear any foul language, nor did I hear anything inappropriate. No one smoked on our property, and they did not stop working until the job was completed.
At the time of writing this I have not had the chance to look in depth at the workmanship, but from seeing the install I can say that they are being accurate, thorough, and ensuring a proper installation. I have no doubts that the windows are, and will continue to be securely installed with a proper fit and finish. I will be happy to provide an additional update at a later date once I have lived with the windows for some time.
