Kubala Home Improvement Whole House Window Makeover Giveaway Official Terms & Conditions – 2025
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A 90-minute sales presentation will be requested but is not required for entry. Void where prohibited by law.
- Eligibility
- Open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years or older and own a home in a geographic area where Kubala Home Improvements operates.
- All entrants must own the home at the address associated with their entry.
- The home must be in suitable condition for window installation, as determined by Kubala Home Improvement.
- Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Kubala Home Improvement and its affiliates are not eligible.
- Giveaway Period
- Begins on January 1, 2025 and ends on December 31, 2025.
- Kubala Home Improvements’ timekeeping device is the official clock for this giveaway.
- How to Enter
- Complete the official entry form online or visit the Kubala Home Improvement showroom during business hours.
- All entries must be verified via phone. Unverified entries will be disqualified.
- One entry per household.
- Selection of Winner
- One (1) grand prize winner will be selected from a drawing of verified entries.
- Finalists will be notified by phone and must provide access for a window inspection.
- The winner will be announced no later than March 1, 2026.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Grand Prize Details
- Winners will receive custom-made Kubala Home Improvement windows, professionally installed, up to a maximum retail value of $25,000, including installation.
- Prize is non-transferable and must be installed at the address listed on the winning entry.
- If the winner has previously purchased Kubala Home Improvement products, they may choose between the grand prize or double their original purchase amount refunded in cash (up to $25,000).
- Product selections and measurements must be scheduled within one month of notification and completed within 12 months.
- Winner is responsible for any necessary home repairs required for installation (e.g., mold removal, structural repairs, waterproofing).
- Winner Requirements
- Must complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 48 hours of notification.
- Must comply with all eligibility and verification requirements outlined in these rules.
- If a winner is disqualified, an alternate winner will be selected.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Kubala Home Improvements to use the winner’s name, likeness, and photos/videos for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- Taxes & Expenses
- Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
- Any additional expenses not included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Any required tax reporting forms will be submitted to the IRS.
- General Conditions
- Kubala Home Improvements reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway at any time without notice.
- Entries that are lost, late, illegible, incomplete, or not verified will not be eligible.
- Kubala Home Improvements reserves the right to disqualify any entry in good faith.
- In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person whose name is on the home title.
- Liability Release
- By entering, participants release and hold harmless Kubala Home Improvements and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
- The winner may be required to enter a standard contract for installation services as required by state law.

- To request a list of winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope within 30 days of the giveaway’s conclusion to:

- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in promotional materials, including:
- Photos with Kubala Home Improvements representatives
- Surprise video footage during the prize announcement
- Testimonial videos
- Before and after photos
- A one-year follow-up interview with updated pictures
- The winner must sign a media release with terms provided by Kubala Home Improvement within 48 hours of notification. Failure to sign will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner will be selected.

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Massachusetts, with the venue in Hampden County.
